CERI may use an automatic system to deliver text messages to you. Text messages are intended to provide you with information about its campaigns, sponsored events, promotions, product launches, and contests.
Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with CERI’s campaigns, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans), in addition to any applicable roaming charges. CERI doesn’t impose a separate fee for sending text messages. CERI will not reimburse you for any fees incurred related to your service rate plan.
Supported carriers may change, but currently include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint and Metro PCS, among others. CERI and its supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Alerts sent via text messages may not be delivered to you if your phone is not in range of a transmission site, or if sufficient network capacity is not available at a particular time. Even within a coverage area, factors beyond carriers’ control may interfere with message delivery, including the customer’s equipment, terrain, proximity to buildings, foliage, and weather. You acknowledge that urgent alerts may not be timely received and that carriers do not guarantee that alerts will be delivered.
Means of Opt-In
By texting JOIN to 88540, you opt-in to our text messaging campaign, and expressly consent to receive news and information about CERI campaigns, sponsored events, promotions and product launches.
Means of Opt-Out
To stop receiving text messages from CERI, text STOP to 88540. At that time, you will receive confirmation of your opt-out. This will only opt you out of the specific text messaging program associated with the 88540 short code. You will remain enrolled into other CERI text messaging campaigns.
The number of text messages that you will receive will vary depending on how many campaigns CERI is conducting at that time.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
CERI may revise, modify, or amend these Text Messaging Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will come into effect when they are posted to CERI’s website. You agree to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes. Unless you opt out, your continued opt-in will indicate your acceptance of those changes.
Termination of Text Messaging
CERI may suspend or terminate your subscription to CERI’s text messages at any time, with or without notice. Your receipt of CERI text messages is also subject to termination when your mobile telephone service terminates or lapses.
Acceptance of Terms
Unless you opt out, your continued opt-in will indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you are able to receive, access, and retain the notices CERI may send. You may update your contact information by contacting Support.
