Alina Grecova

Case Manager As a case manager for the CERI program in Moldova, Alina offers social services and support to foster children and families, children who reside in orphanages and Transitional Care youth. She organizes trainings and youth activities, plans for volunteering projects and outings, leads community events and teaches life skills lessons. Alina has served CERI children and youth since 2012. After high school, Alina studied accounting at a Professional School in Balti, but she felt uninspired by her chosen field and was instead drawn to her true calling – children’s ministry. In 2006, she continued her education by applying to the local University, the Foreign Languages Department, where she studied English. In 2011, she earned her Master’s degree in Foreign Language Education from the same University.

“I feel blessed that I can use my language skills in my work and I am part of a great ministry with children, youth and their families. The best part of my work with CERI is to be able to serve children in need and give them hope for a better future. I am also grateful that through this work I meet amazing people and I appreciate them for their dedication and commitment to those we serve.”
