As a case manager for the CERI program in Moldova, Alina offers social services and support to foster children and families, children who reside in orphanages and Transitional Care youth. She organizes trainings and youth activities, plans for volunteering projects and outings, leads community events and teaches life skills lessons. Alina has served CERI children and youth since 2012.
After high school, Alina studied accounting at a Professional School in Balti, but she felt uninspired by her chosen field and was instead drawn to her true calling – children’s ministry. In 2006, she continued her education by applying to the local University, the Foreign Languages Department, where she studied English. In 2011, she earned her Master’s degree in Foreign Language Education from the same University.
