Exposure to Christian Values and Faith is the staple of our Transitional Care program.
At CERI, we believe that Jesus can create the greatest positive and lasting change in the life of a youth. We offer weekly Bible studies that teach them the truths of the Word of God, and connect them to Christian mentors. Mentors are positive role models for the same gendered person they are mentoring. Other opportunities that help our youth stay connected with their faith are participation in church youth groups, hosting a Bible study group and in-depth discussion with their case manager about their personal beliefs. Transitional Care youth can practice their faith through service during Vacation Bible Schools organized by CERI staff in neighboring villages, yearly summer camps, and volunteering opportunities in the local community.
