Food Security Program

Food Security Program

The Food Security (FS) program addresses the nutritional and developmental needs of malnourished children in developing countries. Malnutrition is the cause for 3.1 million children’s deaths per year, and a lifetime of poor health outcomes. CERI is committed to providing a robust nutrition education program that saves lives and ensures children’s healthy development. The program uses community resources such as churches, healthcare professionals, local authorities and volunteers to educate young mothers about nutrition, child development and intentional cooking.
