Ana Morais

President

Ana leads the organization’s global operations, overseeing strategic program development and brings a fresh vision for the future. Her priorities include diversifying funding streams, expanding CERI’s global footprint, and ensuring the highest child protection and family services standards. Ana’s visionary leadership is expected to guide CERI into a new era of growth and impact, inspiring hope and confidence in the organization’s future.  

How It Started:

Her extensive background includes directing impactful initiatives across Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, and North America. As the Global Division Director at the American Red Cross, Ana spearheaded strategic planning and program execution, focusing on Disaster Risk Reduction, Climate Preparedness and Migration programs. Her leadership was pivotal in expanding partnerships and driving growth in the region.

Before her work with the American Red Cross, she served as the Division Disaster Director for Texas, where she led regional teams in managing disaster response programs, emphasizing Mass Care Services, training, and volunteer capacity building. Her comprehensive experience in disaster management and her ability to foster collaborative environments will be instrumental in her new role at CERI.

Originally from Brazil, Ana, is deeply involved in her community and is a strong advocate for global humanitarian efforts. Her active support for faith-based organizations and her work with CERI reflect her unwavering commitment to making a positive impact.
