My name is Olesea and I am 15 years old. From childhood, I lived at a sanatorium. Sometimes my aunt, who cared for me more than my mother, would visit me and my brother. I don’t remember my mother ever visiting. I always felt lonely because I didn’t have anyone to love me. Some educators were very severe, and I didn’t feel safe. When I was in 4th grade, I found out that my mother died, and my father was in jail. I wanted to go home, but there was chaos and disorder there. Some of our uncles lived in our house and they were very aggressive and suffered from alcoholism. The authorities decided to place me and my brother in a children’s shelter. I attended school in the city and I am now in 9th grade. In 2013, I was placed in a family. Every Sunday we all go to church. I like listening to Christian songs and passages from the Bible. During my free time, I like to read books about orphans. I also enjoy cleaning our home and preparing meals. My dream is to one day have my own beautiful and healthy family.
