Aseefa lost her parents when she was only a month old. Her father was an unskilled worker. Her mother died in 2000. After she died, her father left the family and remarried. Aseefa and her siblings were then taken care of by their 64 year old granny. Aseefa’s grandparents are self-employed and sell mangoes for a living. With their small income, they face many difficulties looking after their grandchildren. They live in a small shelter with a tin roof. Aseefa always attends school, and is a very clever and active girl. She can also sing well. She rides a bicycle to her extra classes in the evenings. Aseefa qualified for the scholarship exam and got 151 marks. She received a gold medal certificate. Her goal is to become a graduate teacher in her home town. Presently, she passed 11th grade and can continue to 12th grade. She is taking advanced level education classes. Your sponsorship will give her the support she needs to continue to succeed.
